Summer has come to an end and so has the stay of our three temporary interns as they venture back to college and onto other adventures. Johnny Collier, Josh Agarth and Chelsea Locklear spent the past three months leading worship, writing songs, and serving the Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale campuses alongside our staff. Although we’re all probably excited for the temperature to drop at least 10 degrees (please, Jesus) and welcome the next season, our staff was sad to see them go.
Though our hope was to teach and equip each of them for the calling God has placed in their hearts, it seems more than once they’re faithfulness and humility taught us about our calling as worship leaders.
That being said, here is what Johnny learned and taught us…
